大竹笋怎么放干
第一步:选择新鲜的大竹笋,将表皮去除,然后切成适当的大小。切好的竹笋块要先用清水洗净,再用盐水浸泡一段时间,这样可以去除竹笋中的杂质和异味。
第二步:将浸泡好的竹笋块晾干,然后将竹笋放在晾衣架上,放在阳光充足、通风良好的地方进行晒干。晒干时间一般需要7-10天,具体时间根据天气情况而定。
第三步:晒干后的竹笋块可以用手弯曲,如果能够弯曲说明竹笋干燥程度不够,需要继续晒干。如果竹笋块不能弯曲,说明已经干燥彻底。
